Buddhist Film Foundation (BFF) has launched a fundraising campaign which this year features a number of great gifts for generous giving. “Our friends, artist Milton Glaser and actor/photographer Richard Gere, have very graciously made a few unique, signed images available to us for fundraising, and we’re offering these to the first contributors at certain donation levels,” says executive director Gaetano Maida.
“This is a great time to support the BFF for other reasons as well: we plan to launch the Buddhist Film Channel (global video-on-demand streaming) very soon, the Buddhist Film Archive is moving ahead at the Center for Buddhist Studies/UC Berkeley, and we’re hoping to present the International Buddhist Film Festival in a number of new cities around the world (including the US) over the next twenty-four months,” he adds. “Your support will help make this all possible.”
